Acceptance of Terms

By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Diving Services

ScubAndros provides:

• PADI diving courses and certifications
• Guided fun diving for certified divers
• Snorkelling and boat trip excursions
• Equipment rental services

Safety Requirements

All participants must:

• Complete a medical questionnaire
• Provide valid diving certification for fun dives
• Follow all safety instructions from our instructors
• Be in good physical condition
• Not dive under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Age Requirements

Minimum age for PADI courses is 10 years (Bubblemaker), 12 years (Open Water), and 15 years (Advanced Open Water). Minors must have parental consent.

Booking and Payment

Bookings must be confirmed with payment or deposit. Cancellation policies apply. Full payment may be required for some services.

Liability and Risk

Diving involves inherent risks. Participants acknowledge these risks and release ScubAndros from liability for injuries or damages arising from normal diving activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

Weather and Conditions

Activities may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather or sea conditions. Safety is our top priority.

Equipment

All equipment is maintained to industry standards. Participants are responsible for reporting any equipment issues immediately.

Photography and Video

ScubAndros may take photos/videos during activities for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you prefer not to be photographed.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
